By steadily selling power to Taipower on a monthly basis under a PPA entered into with Taipower, the signatory party shall enjoy fixed feed-in tariffs guaranteed for 20 years pursuant to the signed agreement, while constructing its solar energy systems with government subsidies.
Tariffs for solar photovoltaic power are designed for two periods, namely first half and second half of the year, respectively, where the tariffs are determined according to various conditions.

In order to promote green energy, those who set up at least 50% of their rooftops with photovoltaic equipment are to enjoy a 3% bulk-ratio building bonus from the Industrial Development Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs, under the "Three-Dimensional Development Plan for Urban Industrial Areas". Furthermore, those who are also certified with ISO 50001 Energy Management System are to enjoy up to 5% bulk-ratio building bonus.
